1. A rental of the Corfe Mullen estate of Sir John Coventry, 1859-1863. The Coventry family lived at Knowle House, near Wimborne, Dorset and this record of the estate rentals is a new source of information on the management of the property. Sir John, a career naval officer by profession, was keenly interested in animal husbandry and acted as Deputy-Lieutenant and High Sheriff of Dorset. He died in 1871. 2. Three items relating to Bourton, viz.: documents relating to the Maggs family, including manorial records, 18-19th cent; indenture relating to the Bourton foundry, 1887, including three manuscript maps; and a Bourton estate map, 1857, showing the mills, foundry and estate of Oliver Maggs.
