Letters of William and Mary Wordsworth and books from Wordsworth's library

The Trust bought 10 lots at the sale, including letters of William & Mary Wordsworth to William's cousin Edward Ferguson of 1837 and books owned and annotated by the poet. This group includes Wordsworth's own annotated copy of his Poems … including Lyrical Ballads (2 volumes, Longman, 1815) and Volume III (Longman 1820).
