Copy of an original map of 1652, since lost. Made for Samuel Dixon when he took on the lease of the Wallingtons estate from Magdalen College, Oxford. A finely drawn and attractively coloured plan of the estate as it was in the mid 17th century with the house shown in elevation, other estate buildings, fields and woodlands. This is the earliest map known for the estate
