Boxes of deeds and papers relating to four main groups. First, The Green Dragon Hotel from 1727 - 1900; second estate papers of the Phillips family of Huntingdon of the 17th to 19th centuries; third, a box for the Wethside estate 1841 - 1872; fourth the deeds and papers of James Spencer a 19th century solicitor with the unfortunate habit of confusing his clients money with his own. He died a bankrupt in Hereford Gaol in 1851
