Thomas Barlow, Bodleys Librarian 1652-60, identifield the contents of the MS on p22 and Anthony Wood wrote his name and the date 1670 at the end of the text. The original document belonged to Thomas Cole in 1670 and reached the Bodleian in 1755 in the bequest of Thomas Rawlinson
